The new Google Chrome Canary web browser automatically detects and blocks malware downloads in an attempt to improve IT security and make modern day internet use safer. It flags up a small note in the bottom corner of the users screen which simply allows you to “Dismiss”. It is not a request, as the browser is actively blocking the malware and informing the end user that this has occurred.
At present, the Chrome Canary is in the early stages of its developments and Google has published the following warning for users before they download the new browser- ‘Be forewarned: it’s designed for developers and early adopters, and can sometimes break down completely’
